Where do you ship?
Mueblesjesus ships to delivery addresses in Spain where delivery is available at checkout. If your address is outside mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, or if the checkout does not confirm delivery to your address, please contact us before placing your order.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is €15 for orders under €120. Standard shipping is free for orders of €120 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. After shipment, the estimated transit time is usually 3–7 business days for most eligible delivery addresses in Spain. Large or bulky furniture may require additional coordination and may take longer.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before shipment by contacting info@mueblesjesus.com as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed because orders can be processed quickly. After shipment, cancellation may not be possible, but you can still exercise the legal right of withdrawal or return policy where applicable. What is the legal right of withdrawal period?
For online consumer purchases, the legal right of withdrawal period is normally 14 calendar days from delivery.
What is the return policy?
In addition to the 14-day legal right of withdrawal, Mueblesjesus offers a 30-day commercial return period from delivery. Returns requested after the legal right of withdrawal period must comply with the commercial return conditions set forth in the Refund and Return Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
For legal withdrawal or returns without quality issues, the customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless Mueblesjesus agrees otherwise or applicable law requires it. For valid claims for defects, damage, incomplete or incorrect items, Mueblesjesus will cover reasonable return shipping costs when necessary.
Is the original shipping cost refunded?
If the customer validly exercises the legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, the initial standard shipping cost paid at purchase is refunded. If the customer chose a more expensive shipping option, only the cheaper standard shipping cost is refunded. For commercial returns without quality issues after the legal right of withdrawal period, original shipping costs are not refundable, unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact info@mueblesjesus.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem. Please report visible delivery issues as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so that the matter can be handled promptly. This does not limit legal rights for defective or non-conforming products.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, Mueblesjesus accepts Visa and Mastercard. Other payment methods may be shown at checkout if available.
Are taxes included?
Product prices include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before order confirmation.
What warranty applies?
Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty for consumer goods under applicable Spanish law.
